Accounts

You are responsible for your Google account, activity performed through your Polsia account, and keeping access to your account secure.

Permitted use

You may use the service to plan, build, and market lawful business projects. You must not use it to violate rights, impersonate others deceptively, distribute illegal content, interfere with the service, bypass credit controls, or abuse third-party systems.

Autonomous execution

Polsia agents execute tasks autonomously on daily cycles, including writing code, deploying to production, sending emails, and posting on social media. You are responsible for reviewing agent output and ensuring that activity carried out on your behalf complies with applicable law and third-party rights, including platform terms of connected accounts.

Generated content

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.

Credits and subscriptions

Generation access may require credits or a paid plan. Pricing, credit amounts, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown during purchase. Except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, used credits are not refundable.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, and legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular generation result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Polsia is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
