Refund Policy

Purchases fund immediate access to digital credits and services. Because autonomous agents may consume generation resources immediately, completed purchases and used credits are generally non-refundable.

If you were charged more than once, did not receive purchased credits, or experienced a verified technical billing error, contact support@polsia.lol within 7 days of the charge. Include the account email, transaction date, and order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
